Very friendly staff and well operated!

Very friendly staff and well operated! I'm very glad that they take my insurance where other dentists did not. Dr Quyen Dao was very helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong with my teeth and where to go forward in restoring my smile! The facility is extremely clean and they've taken every measure to ensure their equipment is sterile I've noticed while walking through, and it is also very family friendly! They were also very helpful with a gentleman who could explain how my insurance works with their system and when everything can go forward. Seriously glad I can have an opportunity to restore my smile when I had lost hope for it so Healthy Smiles is top notch in my book!

A great place to get your teeth work done!!

I’ve been a patient at this place for almost 3 years. The service is good and timely. The dentist herself is very friendly and easy to talk to. In addition, her assistants are very attentive, all of which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Rescheduling appointments has never been a hassle and they provide friendly reminders for when my appointments are. A great place to get your teeth work done!!

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my…

They didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. I’ve been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I could tell that they took pride in their office’s appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I’ve never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I’ve encountered at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I’ve felt awkward at some other places I’ve visited when I’ve tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

My problems are fixed and I will definitely be back for all …

I showed up and was given a pleasant greeting by the receptionist. After a short wait, I was seen by Dr. Dao. Had a great experience with her. She was very knowledgeable and quick and listened to all of my questions and concerns. My problems are fixed and I will definitely be back for all of my dental appointments.
